Class Silver/Gold Potential in Mexico
UC Resources Ltd. - (TSX-V:UC). UC's focus is their 7,005 hectare Copalquin property in Durango, Mexico. Copalquin lies within Mexico’s prolific Sierra Madre Occidental mineralogical belt which is presently one of the most active areas of silver and gold exploration and mine development in North America. According to the Wilkins report, 1997, historic production from Copalquin is estimated at over 200,000 ounces gold and 8.7 million ounces of silver and there has been no systematic exploration work carried out. Bonanza grade silver and gold mineralization intersected during UC’s current 2004-05 drilling program confirms that the property has significant potential.

What's New
Drilling results to date have confirmed that the El Cometa and El Refugio zones host significant mineralization localized within a regionally extensive shallow dipping silicified zone. These drill intersections are approximately 350 metres apart and may represent parts of a continuous mineralized zone and represents only one of four known high priority target areas.
